Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DigitalPrint ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle as shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice. New pricing applies to your next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or misleading.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, or malware to your customers or other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with parties outside your business.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant DigitalPrint a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

We work hard to keep DigitalPrint available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will give reasonable notice when possible.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. On termination, your access will end and your data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalPrint and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend and indemnify DigitalPrint against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
